Withdrawal Request
Mr./Ms. ______________________________ with NIF ______________, residing at
_________________________________________________, and in exercise of the right of
withdrawal granted to me by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16,
which approves the revised text of the General Law for the
Defense of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws,
within 14 calendar days,
I HEREBY STATE
- That, on __, of _____________ 20__, I purchased through the website
of GORTARI STUDIO S.L. the item(s) with reference:

- I have been informed of my right to withdraw from the contract,
within 14 calendar days from the acquisition of the
items specified in the previous point, by myself or by an
authorized third party.
- I have been informed that, in order for the return to be processed,
it will be necessary to deliver the purchased items, with the packaging in
perfect condition, as well as the product and its
accessories, if applicable. Likewise, for its return, it will be packaged in
such a way that its deterioration during transport is not possible, assuming
any damage or defect that may originate
during the journey. GORTARI STUDIO S.L. will not accept the return of the
item if it shows evident signs of use.
- I attach this completed and signed document, along with a
copy of the invoice for the order placed.
- In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16,
which approves the revised text of the General Law
for the Defense of Consumers and Users, I have been informed that
I must return the purchased item without delay and, in
any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the
date on which I communicate my decision to terminate the contract,
and must assume the expenses incurred for the return.
Therefore, I REQUEST
That, in relation to the aforementioned items, I exercise my right of
withdrawal, returning the same in perfect condition,
along with its original packaging.
